Namahana School Staff Recruitment

At Namahana School, students are the drivers of their education and are supported by a strong team of teachers and staff who mentor and guide students throughout their educational journeys. With a targeted opening of 2025, Namahana School is actively looking to connect with dynamic and values-aligned education professionals in the following capacities:

  • Curriculum Development (7th-12th grades)

  • Teacher Recruitment

  • Teachers for All Grades and Subjects

  • Administrators

Namahana School will open with 7th and 8th grades in 2025 and will add one grade per year until full-capacity is reached.   • Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) is responsible for the effective and compliant design and implementation of Namahana School’s multiple operational and strategic functions. Read full job description and how to apply here.

  • Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Learning (DL) is responsible for the effective and compliant design and implementation of Namahana School’s academic model. The DL supervises advisors and teachers, the Student Support Services Coordinator, and Internship Coordinator. As a member of the Leadership Team reporting directly to the School Leader/Executive Director, the DL will provide strategic academic planning and implementation and will serve as a thought partner to the School Leader/ED.
