Harvey L. Cohen is a Princeville, Kauai based attorney specializing in transactional real estate and business law.  Harvey has an extensive background in land use and municipal law having worked as a partner with Dietze and Davis, P.C, a Boulder, Colorado based law firm, from 1990 through 1999.  In 1994, Harvey received the “Young Lawyer of the Year” award from the Boulder County Bar Association.  From 2003 through 2007, Harvey served as President of the Board of Directors of the Kekahu Foundation, the licensee for KKCR, Kauai’s community radio station.  Harvey currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Kauai Community Health Alliance, a Kauai-based non-profit committed to community health, and Nature of Hope, a San Francisco based non-profit focused on introducing the study of biomimicry to public schools.  Harvey also serves on the Kauai Island Council of the Hawai‘i Land Trust, a non-profit organization committed to working with private landowners, community groups, and government partners to protect Hawai‘i’s precious lands.
