Corina Davis is a highly experienced executive with a diverse background, having served as Senior Executive, Chief Legal Officer, EVP of Business Development, as well as serving as a Board member and Corporate Secretary on several Boards over the past 15 years. She has demonstrated her leadership abilities in various settings, from startups to established public companies.

Her most recent prominent role was with the publicly traded Redbubble Group (ASX: RBL), a global online marketplace for print-on-demand products, where she held the position of Chief Legal Officer, and was the most senior US member of the executive team.

In her dual roles as a legal and business leader, Corina has been responsible for a wide array of departments and initiatives. Her work has included creation and oversight of global legal departments, internal and external policy teams, business development teams and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. She has also worked extensively on strategic initiative planning, operational planning, and general business management including the facilitation of executive and board talent acquisition and on-boarding, creation and implementation of risk management frameworks, and PR and crisis communication plans.

Outside of her executive roles, Corina is actively engaged with the tech and legal communities. She presented to US Congressional offices on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and various federal copyright and trademark law disputes, representing diverse tech voices beyond the major tech corporations. As a supportive mentor, Corina serves as an informal advisor to multiple startups and ventures, and she collaborates with tech industry organizations such as Internet Works as well as various Chief Executive and General Counsel networks. Before her time with Redbubble, Corina honed her legal expertise as an attorney at law firms in New York City and Los Angeles, where she specialized in general business issues as well as intellectual property, litigation, and risk management.

Corina and her family have been visiting the North Shore of Kauaʻi ever since she was seven years old, and it has always held a special place in her heart. Once she and her husband moved full-time to the North Shore with their two young children, she had the opportunity to become more deeply acquainted with the community and culture. Upon learning about the Namahana School project, she knew immediately that she wanted to get involved as a way to meaningfully contribute to the North Shore. Her diverse background and extensive contributions make her a valuable member of the Namahana Education Foundation Board of Directors, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the organization.
