Palo Luckett has been active in the Kauai Real Estate Market for 20 years and launched Compass on Kauaʻi. He also has been active in the development of renewable energy and food sustainability endeavors throughout Hawaiʻi and Latin America. He is committed to the health and well being of Kauaʻi and its community, mauka to makai. Prior to working as a broker, he founded Pacific Light & Power in Anahola and was a partner in a venture capital firm in Buenos Aires. He worked on a renewable energy development on the West Side where he helped raise $4 million for that development. He currently serves as the President of the Kauai Board of Realtors.

A fierce advocate for youth, Palo believes that Namahana School will be incredibly valuable for the community and wants to be a part of realizing this dream. In addition to his enthusiasm for the project, he brings his grassroots fundraising experience to the team. Palo currently resides in Anahola and is the youth paddling coach for Namolokama Canoe Club in Hanalei.
