Sajid Siddiqi joins the NEF board of directors to offer his substantial leadership and financial expertise to Namahana's vision. Currently serving as CFO for Kaua’i Federal Credit Union, he leads strategic financial and capital planning, asset and liability management, commercial lending, and overall product and investment strategy. Sajid possesses over 20 years of corporate development and strategy experience in leadership roles at regional and global financial services companies, such as Comerica, Wells Fargo, PNC, AIG and Prudential. Previously, he served as a CFO, board member, and advisor for wealth and institutional investment management businesses with revenues ranging from $10 million to $1.2 billion. Additionally, he drove growth through M&A and strategic partnerships leading 15+ transactions with market valuations from $20 million to $500 million – focusing on banks, brokerages, trust and investment management, mutual funds and institutional money management, asset-based lending, transaction processing, mortgage and consumer finance businesses.
