August 4th One Year Countdown Event

We hope to see lots of the North Shore community on Sunday, August 4th at our site across from the Kīlauea post office! Join us in pule to bless our land, hear the latest updates, and experience signature elements of our school model. 

What to Bring
Lei to offer and participate in the land blessing. Plants (edible, native, community significant) to help us grow our school nursery to ensure our campus reflects our community landscape, past to present. Shirt, clothing, or tea towel to screen print our Namahana School design onto!

What to Expect
There will be stations highlighting our Ola framework throughout the school site.  Big Picture Learning founders, national team members, principals, parents, and student alumni from across the country will be there, too.  

This event will also be the first time people will be able to officially let us know they plan to enroll in Namahana—this count is critical to inform our pre-opening plans. Official enrollment will launch around January.

See you there, the event runs from 9 AM - 12 PM.
